I am very pleased with Robb's performance ( 1st showing 1st offer..sold deal). The price he picked was dead on. He even tried to find a buyer for my buyer's house, so that conditions could be waived. My calls were answered or returned within a couple hours and he was always a pleasure to talk to on the phone. He even drove out to Canmore to sign the listing.
